It felt really strange going to work this morning after having two days off. My mind and body were totally in weekend mode. In fact, I think I was operating in that mode all day long but I was certainly in good company. ;)
Now it's Friday night and I'm sipping a glass of sangria while I wait for my blueberry-peach tarts to come out of the oven. (I can't wait to have them for dessert with some vanilla ice cream!) For dinner, J made butternut squash pasta - one of our favorite dishes. Thanks to our friend, D for sharing this meal and recipe with us! We love it!
